A: Material: Made of double-layer steel plates with an air layer and an insulation layer in between. The insulation layer is Class A1 fireproof material, resistant to high temperature up to 1000°C, thermal conductivity 0.086 W/(m·K) at 1000°C, normal temperature strength 2MPa. It features low thermal conductivity, good heat insulation, low density and high hardness.
B: Weatherstrip: Self-adhesive smoke-proof seal strip with excellent sealing performance, strong resilience, non-deformable and anti-aging properties. It adopts VW-1 flame retardant grade and can withstand 600°C. Self-adhesive intumescent strips are installed along the door frame, which are completely unaffected by water and moisture. They expand rapidly in case of fire without ashing or cracking, feature high tensile strength, with an expansion coefficient of 15 to 20 times.
C: Cabinet door: Highly secure sealing performance with a sealing gap of less than 2mm. The door panel fits the cabinet body more closely, effectively blocking flames from entering the cabinet.
D: Vents: Two 2-inch vents with flame arresters are located at the bottom and top of both sides respectively, safely reducing the risk of harmful gas accumulation inside the cabinet and effectively preventing flames from entering the cabinet in the event of an external fire.
